Is my CCTV system compatible with GuardianAI?

GuardianAI is compatible with most major brand CCTV systems. Your system needs to have one of these features:

  1. Email/SMTP capability with image attachment functionality

  2. FTP functionality with image attachment support

To check compatibility:

  • Access your CCTV system settings

  • Look for either “Email/SMTP” or “FTP” options

  • Verify that these features include image attachment capabilities

If your system doesn’t have either of these functions, it currently isn’t compatible with GuardianAI. However, we’re continuously developing our integration capabilities, so please check back for future updates.

  • This group is created specifically for your system during setup

  • Each alert includes photos with suspects clearly highlighted

  • Alerts can be sent directly to your Signl4 account

  • Ideal for control room environments and professional monitoring

  • Seamlessly integrates with existing security workflows

You can choose either option or use both simultaneously depending on your security needs. All notifications are sent instantly when the system detects human presence while armed.

Each alert provides:

  • A snapshot image of the detected event
  • Clear visual highlighting of the target/object of interest directly on the image
  • Visual indicators marking the specific area where the event was detected

The system automatically generates these visual elements to help you quickly understand and assess each alert.
