Do I need to replace my existing CCTV cameras?+
No. GuardianAI is designed to add proactive alerts to compatible CCTV systems you already own. Your DVR or NVR must be able to send alarm images using FTP or email (SMTP); we confirm compatibility before installation.
How are alerts sent?+
When GuardianAI identifies a person, it sends a photo alert to a private Telegram group. You can include family members, staff, or your security company in the same group.
How much does GuardianAI cost?+
Direct customer pricing is R40 per camera per month, plus a R499 once-off remote installation fee. There is no long-term contract.
Is installation really remote?+
Yes. We connect remotely and configure compatible systems without replacing your cameras. A typical installation takes about one to two hours.
Can my security company receive the alerts?+
Yes. Your armed-response or security company can join the alert group so they receive the same visual information and can respond according to your arrangement with them.
What is Guardian Connect?+
Guardian Connect is for security companies and control rooms. It provides secure live access to a customer's CCTV after a GuardianAI alert, without requiring the operator to log into each customer's recorder manually.
